His Excellency will also be glad to allow the flying patrols deployed by the Commanding Royal Engineer to

streams to prevent pollution and instruction, will be issued to the Police to give
them
any assistance they may require
for this purpose.
The Director
of Works at the War
Office recommends a row of spikes along the screen-wall near the Magazine,
if the Commanding Royal Engineer concurs in this suggestion there will
be
no
objection to its being carried out.
