Village In Panic By Flood Threat

London, Jan. 24.

A village in South Wales suffered a panic to-day when it was reported that a reservoir which was situated above it was in danger of bursting.

A crack had been discovered in the dam of the reservoir during the week-end, and the route of a possible flood was mapped out, which showed tho vilinge to be in direct path of the water.
