In reply to your letter of the 28th Instant, I am directed by the Major General to acquaint you for the information of the Local Government that the various telegrams commented on in the Military Secretary's Office Telegram dated 27th "supremo" were received in the order that the Major General has given, and that it would be a matter of some interest to him to know whether they were received in the same order here.
