Donald Budge, the fiory-haired young Californian triple champion at this year's Wimbledon, and winner of the American championship at Forest Hills, has re- vealed to Australian newspapers that he will follow in the footsteps of Ellsworth Vines, and Fred Perry, and turn professional after the next Davis Cup series.
