he has observed that the
seamen, George Adolphus Mason, John E. Gittens, Sam!. N. Doldown, Wm F. Moore, have failed to perform their duty, for which the Captain has scolded them, and that
he has also on various
occasions heard them speak bad of the Captain, Shewing that they bore bad will
towards him.
Such is his declaration, which he
confirmed on its being read over and signed along with the Judge, the Fiscal and Interpreter.
