Imported goods to be re-exported within four months after duty having been paid, will pay (for such re-exportation) 1 Candareens 8½ cents per 100 Catties.
Same to be exported after the four months will pay duty according tariff.
Every 100 taels must pay 1 Candareen per dollar an addition of one per cent to make sterling silver.
Differential Table of payment to be made according as the nominal duty chargeable is any sum ranging from one to ten mace.
