RIOT IN BELGIUM—Suggestive of recent strike clashes in America, here is a battle in Brussels. Belgium, as police, armed with rifics, charge into former servicemen and break up their march on Frliament. The former soldiers, organized' às the Fascist Croix de Feu, were angry over what they called the "traltore' amnesty" for persona condemned after the World War for treason during hostilities. The amnesty law was recently passed by Parliament.
