A summons for assault taken out by Miss Rosila Quinola against Miss Mary Arco, of 517 Nathan Road,

Mr. M. A. da Silva, appearing for complainant, making application for the withdrawal, said that the matter was semi-civil and semi-criminal. Letters had been exchanged between the parties and, though those letters were almost identical, reference had been made by the defendants to the ineldent with an apology, Insofar as they were to be blamed.
