clusively to amateur photographers. -No employee or metobre at any firm in the photographite trade is per milited to compete.

3. The prizes will hu awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best pliotographs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by a form which will be published during the period of

Mr. M. J. Savage, Premier of New Zealand, arrived home to-day from London, where he attended the Im- perial Conference and the Corona- tion.

Mr. Savage sald he was somewhat disappointed over the Imperial Con- ference, but he was convinced that such conferences did perform useful functions, which could not meastired by present results.-Heuter
