The following Ruler Competition:
1The Competition is confined ex-
clusively to amateur photographers. No employee or member of any firm In the photographic trade is per- mmitted to compete.
The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in each Section. Enchi entry must be accompanied by a form which will be published during the period of the Competition, and which must be Urhtly posted on back of entry. The right to publish any or all of the entries in the Telegraph 13
