It is proposed to reduce the Annuity contribution to the Lockhart Memorial, Angling, from £800 to £400 per annum.
This proposition I have carefully considered in concert with Executive Council, and I have come to the conclusion in favour of the reduction of the annual funds.

I concur with my colleagues that under present circumstances and the future prospects of the Hospital, the Government need not object to the reduction of the Annuity contribution from eight hundred to four hundred pounds.
