DAD-BLASTED BRIDGE—This is one way to get rid of a bridge you don't happen to need. This was the Wabash railroad bridge, spanning the Missouri River at St. Charles, Mo. After yeare of service it was condemned and in almost no time at ali it was removed by dynamite, as shown. Hero it rises, at both ends. The new bridge replacing it is seen in background.
