REFEREES WANT EXAMINING BOARD
The Football Referees' Assocla- tion, at their annuat conference at Hull, unanimously passed a resolu tion expressing the opinion that the establishment of a National Examining Board for referees is desirable.
The resolution will be forwarded to the Football Association.

The President, Mr. E. G. Butcher who was re-elected, criticized the Rugby Union's attitude in refusing to allow Dorsetshire, Wiltshire and Berkshire to take part in the county championship and said it would be beneficial if the Western Group were Increased by two more countles.
