WAR IN THE AIR-A GREAT PROPAGANDA WAR

HAS BROKEN OUT, AND BRITAIN IS PLAN- NING RETALIATORY ACTION.

Despite an existing international agreement which forbids one country to broadcast propaganda in the language of another country, Germany, Italy, and Portugal are already sending out such broadcasts in various languages,

Russia is also sending out programmes in English explaining that they are lessons in English for Russian lateners.
