Marriage To Buddy
No Time For Their Honeymoon

MARY PICKFORD, Southampton-bound in the Berengaria, will not marry her band-leader sweetheart, Buddy Rogers, in England. She said this when talked to over the ship-to-shore telephone.
Duddy Rogers, ten days in Eng- land, is making a film at Elstree,
"I'm afraid we can't marry in England after all," said Miss Pick- ford. "Buddy has to be back in Hollywood on April 1 and I'm siny- ing In England about six weeks, no there wouldn't be much of a honey- moon would there?
"We'll probably be married in California, around the middle of hay or the beginning of June. "Bud's contract finishes in June and then we may go to Honolulu for our honeymoon.”
