The terms may be summarized as follows viz:

1. That the road shall be carried below the magazine, and properly fenced off from it.

2. A site for Royal Artillery barracks to be reserved or given up for the Military department.

3. That a Rifle Range be permanently attached for the use of the Troops or transferred to the Military Department.

4. The right of service on the recreation ground (adjoining the parade ground) to be secured to the troops and the fences removed.

5. That cultivation of any kind be prohibited in the vicinity of Military Office ground, and the stringent regulations as to sewerage, drainage and Water Supply over such land as may be added, be stipulated.
