Prince Erik of Denmark, forty-sis-year-old cousin of King Christian, who in 1923 renounced his right of succes- sion to marry Canadian heiress Miss Lois Booth, described himself as a "very, very happy man" when he learned that the marriage had been annulled.
The divorce was granted by a secrt court appointed by King Christian, who gave the decre his assent on Monday night. .
