A meeting of Executive Councillors having been summoned to attend on Monday, 8th June at 2 p.m. Juronante to notice twice published in the Hong Kong Gazette, for the purpose of considering an application made for Letters Patent by Mr. William McGrigor Smiths, It is noted that the Governor and the Hon.
