Your Memorialists are of opinion that the passing of the proposed Ordinance will be of very great advantage to the said Company as they have hitherto found that the Company's existing shares have been too large for the successful development of its business...
Your Memorialists therefore humbly pray Your Excellency that the proposed Ordinance to authorise The China Traders' Insurance Company Limited to subdivide its shares may come into force and become law:
