The hawelled stuccoes throughout to be painted for rails and finished light salmon colour, a shade darker than the
distemper above with a band of French blue at top of stuccoes 1/2" wide. All
iron cans to be painted two coats before being fixed with Wolston Torbay paint. And all inward facing internally to
have to be finished a tint to match terracotta
which it is in contact. Handrail and balusters a warm chocolate.
145. Stain size and varnish internally. All internal woodwork and fittings Presumably
should be stained with Termitunn's
stained, twice knotted and twice varnished with best copal.
