Nut Bread

Sandwich Cake

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 4oz sugar,' 4oz. flour, two heaped tablespoonfuls of finely chopped nuts, a pinch of salt.
Beat the eggs well, stir in the sleved caster sugar and whisk well. Add the Chopped nuts to the aleved four, and salt, then stir into the mixture.
Pour into two buttered sandwich tins, and bake in a fairly hot oven for ten to afteen minutes, Regulo 8.
