Paint and varnish into contrasts at distances apart so as to table soup flats, dishes and large and small plates: the racks to be of the following sizes: in ward Culleries of large wards 3'6" x 3'6", Kitchen scullery 4'6" x 3'6", in sculleries of segregation wards 3'6" x 2'4". Each rack to be provided with a brick surround of the same width and depth as the rack, sides and ends of 3/4" stuff, wrought one side, laid flat and lined with zinc to head with drip pike to slope underneath. Wrought and framed deal case for stand in larder 4'6" x 3'6", legs square and framed 4"x3" dished to bulge of casks.
