Doors bathroom etc. The door frames and width of stiles of 1 3/4" x 4 1/2" with chamfered edges - to be hung with a pair of light living hinges and to have brass first an outside and small brass balcon inside. The was intended for the use of the staff to have locks and fittings lately and catchers with proper keys.

63. Manholes in ceilings. - Manholes for access to be formed in ceilings where required. To be 20" x 20" and to have a deal & jointed flap with 1/8" thick hinges & fittings of 1 1/2" deal wrought framed rebated and stop chamfered and secured with brass bolts.

67. Partitions. The partition between bath room and ... of 1" V-jointed boarding framed into heads and stiles 2 1/2" x 2 1/2", uprights 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" ; heads and stiles stop chamfered on upper edge. Height of partition 8 feet.
65. Pipe Casings. Provide and fix 17 pipe casings, wrought and rebated forms and moulded one. Cut all necessary apertures for access stopcocks, &c. The hot water cistern to be cased with 3/4" boarding, tongued and wrought one side : and to carry tops, with moveable cover and allow a space of 3" all round cistern to be filled in with sawdust.
