Sham Shik-churn, 18, student, was fined $1 by Mr. W. Schofield, at the Central Magistracy this morning, on a charge of having ridden a 'blcycle fitted with an electric horn,, contrary to regulations, In Queen's Road East. Mr. Schofield remarked that no other warning devices except a bell can be fixed on a bicycle.
