CHINESE REVOLUTIONARY WORKER SINCE 1887

Nonking, Nov. 13.

The death occurred here last night after a brief illness of the 72-year- alti revolutionist. Mr. Yau Ilt. 4. former colleague of the late Dr. Sun Yat-sen

It is so long ago os 1887 that Mr. Sau Idt first met Dr. Sun. This was in Hongkong and he was then 17 years old. Later he formed what was known as the Bling Chung Wal for the purpose of ridding China of the Manchus and some years later the Chunp Wo Tong was brought into being by him.

A dramatte manhunt that had been relentlessly pursued in the Siskiyou Mountains of Northern California and Southern Oregon came to an end when the hunted men-Johns and Coke Brite- arrived at Folsom Prison in custody of James Davis, district attorney of Skskiyou County, Accused of killing two peace officers and a citizen, the men escaped posses but finally gave up on advice of their aged mother, Airs, Martha Brite, who was promised a "square deal" by the district attorney.
