asked the Court to declare that he had a right to attend Divine service there.
He appealed, on a case re-sinted, from a derision of Mr. II. E. Dum- mett, Dowstreet magistrate, who bud dismissed an Information he brought to establish his right to enter the

over 50 well-known racing motorists are said to be im plicated, have been discovered in Paris following investigations by the Customs authorities.
Hundreds of racing cars and tour ing cars have been smuggled into France from abroad by the gang be- hind the plot, and the Customs au- thorities have lost a considerable revenue.
None of the gang hins yet been or-| rested, but further Investigations now under way are expected to lead to early developments.

The duty to allend Divine service within parish church is upon parishioners only, and, inferentially, I was of opinion that anyone other than a parishioner could be excluded by the Dean and Chapter.
