I submit that the place referred to with 'X' marked on it, in the above letter is not forthcoming.
The 'X' has disappeared. The line of new road is not marked out on the ground.
The plan referred to in the letter of 24th November 1875, No.779 is incorrect being a mere sketch; it moreover differs from plans in his office showing the proposed cession.
