Memorandum in reference to the stipulations and conditions to be carried out by the Colonial Government on the transfer to them of the War Department Lands East of the Albany Nullah South of the New Road to be made by the said Colonial Government, and lying south, or below the 500 feet contour of the South-East portion of the Military Cantonments at Victoria, Hongkong.
1. The water supply to the Albany Tanks which furnish water to the Murray and North Barracks, Head Quarter House, and other G.B. Buildings.
