subject of the proposed cession to the Colonial Government of a portion of the War Department Reserves at Victoria.
I am to add that copies of all the recent correspondence relative to the Macdonnell's sheds and of Captain Wilkinson Shaw's letter No. 27th June 1868, of which you are already in possession will accompany the Colonel Commanding's Despatch.
