yesterday at the Land Office, and that upon Survey Department having received possession I proceeded to mark out on the ground the proposed New Road which was to form the remainder of the boundary; that the line surveyed by under Mr Morrison's superintendence was as nearly as possible the same line as that shown in the Stan of Cession - which I have myself repeatedly and which is subscribed by the Governor, and Military Authorities
