A fine of $50 was imposed on Yue Chuen, driver of private car No. 749, when he admitted a summons for driving without due care and caution at Queen's Road West on September 10, before Mr. W. Scho- field at the Central Magistracy this morning.
Traille Sergeant Wass said he was proceeding west on his motor-cycle on September 10, and when near the bend before Eastern Stroot, buts approached round the corner, going in an easterly direction.
