I have the honour to return the correspondence forwarded with your minute of 30th Ultimo, and to state that as soon as the boundary line be placed at the point marked & in pencil on the plan where the proposed new road branches off, from that leading towards the Albany, I think the ground to the South may be considered as transferred from the Mil. Department.
