General Commanding has any objections to wake to the proposed arrangements.
In reply I beg to acquaint you for the information of His Excellency The Governor, that the Major General with one exception is satisfied with the position of the Boundary line, and has no objection to offer to the proposed concession of land.
The exception mentioned above is, that the new Road would approach too close to the Magazine Enclosure at its South East Corner.
This objection is not now-raised.
The Major General has not yet received instructions from the Horse Guards Office with reference to these arrangements, but as soon as they arrive I will have the honor of communicating with you again.
I have &c.
