Road of 108 follows the Queens Road as far as the Eastern Entrance of the Hospital, turns North West 105 feet and North East 180 feet, to the point at C forming the Enclosure of the Hospital premises.

Again starting from the Coast line at a point marked "H" 200 feet to the North West of 't the boundary is the centre of the lane dividing the new Commissariat Offices, from Messrs Fletchers premises, till it meets the Queens Road which forms the boundary as far as the street end of the Main Guard House, 20 feet from which is reserved by agreement for a road extending in the line of the Western end of the Guard House to the sea.
The boundary of the isolated portion at Murray Barracks is the foot of the exterior slope on the North and East and the Road on the South and West.
