Throughout this correspondence the Government never except that coloured. laid claim to any land green any land the War Office plan, and its only object now is to resist what in my opinion is not a matter mo unjustifiable attempt to take advantage of an alleged oversight on the part of Secretary for War in order to reopen an already complete arrangement
