A copy of this Despatch, No. 22 of 8th September 1876, was sent

to Colonel Dapano, and thereupon finding that the instructions which he professed to desire, had been asked for, he immediately wrote a Despatch not to endorse the request for these instructions, but actually to reclaim the property

of the

park, which takes the one line
