A case of mistaken Identity regard- ing a dog resulted in the dismissal of a summons against T. S. Clark, of the Sanitary Department, when he peared before Mr. Macfadyen at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning. The summone was taken out by an Indian Sergeant, B-489, who declared that he had seen Clark's dog, n black retrlever, wondering unmuzzled in Cox's Road,
