DOCTORS all over the world are likely to be

This poison-gas menace to humanity was denounced at the meeting of the B.M.A. at Oxford this month. The power of medical scientists in particular to influence the course of events was emphasised and their assistance is to be sought.

Details of the new organisation, which is to replace the Royal Defence Corps, were given recently by the War Minister. Mr. Duff Cooper. The companies are for home defence only, and their role will be to protect important points on the threat of or during wor.
