In spite of a heavy green, an exciting match was witnessed at the Police Recreation Club yesterday afternoon in the quarter- finals of the Lawn Bowls rinks championship, when a Craigen- gower rink skipped by R. F. da Luz defeated W. Macfarlane's Kowloon Bowling Green Club rink by 20 shots to 17. This is the second Craigengower rink to enter the semi-final round, the other being U. M. Omar's four.
