in the rules by Mr Round as far as they do not conflict with the Civil Service rules, but they seem proper in the rules
to be
the
adopted in
a Pension scheme.
As regards Indian Servants natives of
the Colony I would await the Decision before raising
the question here & in the other Colonies
where such persons are
Employed.
