The huge Owylier Dam, principal feature of the irrigation Works on the new Dwyhee-Federal- reclamation project on the Oregon-Idalo horder, flied to overflowing for the first time recently. Second only to Boulder Dam in size, the dam is 405 feet high and creates a storage capacity of 1,- 120,000 acre feet to irrigate 112,000 acres of land. Begun in 1930, the project is now completed.
