New York, May 19, Swan, Culbertson & Fritz Dow Jones summary of yesterday's mar- ket: The market fo-day gradually declined, with losses exceeding two points in a long list of representative, insues. Traders were disappointed with the market showing on the Guffey Coal Bill decision. A con- Eiderable amount of selling developed at the opening of the session, but offerings became moderate later in the day. Good business news, how- ever, was ignored and the market is bung towards the recent low levels, Mator shares were relatively active; ralfrond stocks were mixed; chemical Issues were weak; oils were depress- ed and rubber stocks were easier. The market for bonds was Irregular- ly lower. Stocks on the Curb Ex- change were marked down.
