and attached to that of Defunct Registrar the fees of such office being paid into the Treasury
which would
bring
his
account
under supervision of the Auditor
General.

Having given the subject
my best consideration I would recommend that the salaries
for
the Offices of Registrar of the Supreme Court, and Deputy Registrar, be fixed at one thousand and five hundred pounds respectively! And all fees received by them in right of their offices being paid into the Treasury.
