so paid by the deceased during lifetime as referred to in Paragraph 8 of this their Humble Petition be repaid out of the Colonial Treasury of this Colony to your petitioners to meet their present urgent necessities. Your Petitioners humbly pray Your Lordship to take into merciful consideration the circumstances of Your petitioners request.
Your petitioners further pray that Your Lordship will be pleased to direct that the said sum of $3262.26 cents 20 paid by the said Leonarde d'Almada & Castro during his lifetime to the "Superannuation Fund" may be repaid out to your Petitioners to meet their present urgent necessities.
