PLAYERS TAKING PART IN OPENING OF LAWN
BOWLS SEASON
A record number of players--~240-will tako part in the open. ing of the lawn bowls season to-morrow. This new figure is established in consequence of the Football Club's decision to field two teams. There is a full programme of first and second divi- sion matches, and with greens looking at their best, and the players, well keyed up, a particularly good start to the season is indicated.
