when the Council of the League of Nations meets to consider the position, created by Ger- many's remilitarisation of the Rhine and Italy's" refusal to accept the League terms for a peaceful| settlement of the Italo-Ethiopian war.
Personalities composing the Council are here described by a special correspondent who has attended many of its meetings.
