circumstances to the refund of 50% of the money as will remain after the four hundred pounds which have already been granted to the petitioners are deducted from the total amount.
This would involve a reimbursement of about twelve hundred and fifty dollars, and I need scarcely say would be highly acceptable to the applicants.
