Our story staris from the country of Arabia the land of Romance.. Abdul Malik the richest merchant of the country is well known a miser of his time, and has a beautiful daughter known De Jahanara. The passionate love of wealth has so much influence upon Abdul Malik's mind that he daily walks out in the night during, his sleeping hour and visits the cave of his hidden treasure,
Prince Sayld the only son of Shah Umran is deeply in love with Jahanara and she also loves him. Except Wazir Jalal no one knows about this Romance. The lovers were getting the opportunity of meeting every night during Abdul Malik's sleeping

Shah Umran seeks advice of Wazir Jalal to arrange Princo Sayed's marriage. Watir betrays the whole secret of Prince Bayod's love with Jahanara and says that if Shah does not believe he can show to-night, and on the very night they see Abdul Malik going out na usual, everything Shah having no knowledge of his habit thinks that he la giving an opportunity to the, lovers. Shah rebukes Jahanara and takes away the prince with him.
On the same eventful night Khall and Jamil two vagabonds were sleeping outside the hidden treasure cave of Malik Malik passes over the feet of Khalil, he got up and both follow him. In the cave they seo Abdul Malik and bis wealth. No sooner he goes out they step in and take possession of the whole lot.
Next morning Abdul Malik was brought before the King, not being able to reply to the Royal queries he was ordered for two hundred Isahes, and property to be confiscated and not being satisfied by this punishment orders his soldiers to disfigure the beautiful face of Jahanara.
Salvan the faithful slave of Prince Sayed on his Master's Instructions rushes to Jahanara and helps her to run away before the: Royal soldiera arrive. Rushing and chasing between the soldiers and Jahanara was fruitless,
The hidden treasure the only consolation place for Abdul Malik being already looted by Khalil and Jamil affects his mind so much that. ho. Luck his sense of reason.
Jahanara wandering in a jungle ono day was picked up by a caravan of Mr. Acam.. He wanted to author chastity and in the moantime a dwarf throws his dagger and kills the vicious Azam. His comrades taking Jahanara-tha murderess of Azam decide to kill her but one of them auggest to sell her that they may be able to get some money.
Accidently those vagabonds who acquired the wealth of her father happen to buy her.. Prince Sayed not being able to. bear the separation of Jahanara is seriously ill and all attempts so far failed. Gazban the commander-in-chief Shah Umran is taking advantage of the illness of Prince Sayed and the worries of the King and plans to take possession of the Kingdom.

Jahanara comes know of the plan of Gazban, she escapes from the house of Jamil and seeks entrance to the palace of Shah Umran in disguise of a Hakim to cure the Prince. The king allows him to treat the prince on the condition that if the prince is not cured he will be put to death. Jahanara agree and enters the room of the sick prince and removes every one from the room. She removes her disguise and the Prince finding his own Jahanara is overjoyed. The lovers are in happy, dreams of, love suddenly the dwarf comce running in and informs. Jahanara that Gazban has reached the room of the king to murder him.
Jahanara rushes towards the King's room the Prince stops her and ask the explanation of this excitement. She promises the prince to explain everything later on and goes away. Shah Umram la fast asleep-Garban enters the room from the secret door and is on the point of killing the King and, at the same moment the sword of Jahanara flashes.
