It will thus be seen that under Section 3 of the Ordinance in question, the Colonial Secretary has nothing further to do in the matter, and Section 3 has had its effect, it applying only to the Statutes existing before the alterations now made took place.

Under the circumstances, therefore, I would respectfully submit that there is now no necessity to alter the Ordinance in the direction indicated by Your Lordships!
