ETHIOPIAN APPEAL
Genova, Apr. 2. A three-fold appeal was made to the League of Nations to-day by the Ethiopian Government.
It asked first for financial assist ance, secondly for the removal of obstacles certain states wore still placing in the way of transport of arms to Ethiopian troops, and thirdly for reinforcement and completion of sanctions-Reutor Bulletin Service.
